Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have career counselors?

We do not have professional career counselors. We have trained professionals who work in our career center that can help with your resume, job search, and resources.

Can you file for unemployment here?

Workforce Partnership is not the unemployment office.  In fact, the Kansas Department of Labor no longer maintains any physical offices within the state to accept walk-in unemployment applications.  You must file for unemployment in Kansas through the Department of Labor’s website or over the phone.  You are more than welcome to use our phone or one of our computers to file.
